In the Dr. Frank’s vineyard, it produces small amounts of fruity red wine of medium intensity. With dominant characters of blackcurrant, supported by dry herbs, chocolate, game fennel and subtle perfumed notes, Cabernet Franc makes for an interesting alternative to the more tannic Cabernet Sauvignon.
