Old Westminster is a 50 acre low-intervention family winery that has raised the profile of Maryland wines. Over the last ten years, Old Westminster has become one of the most inventive and buzzed about wineries on the Eastern seaboard. Lisa Hinton-Baker (30), a Chemist by education, is one of the few female winemakers east of the Pacific states, crafting fresh and living wines at Old Westminster since she was 23. Her older brother, Drew Baker (32), is the family’s vigneron.

Blended with 10% fresh Marquette juice for spontaneous fermentation. Hand bottled under crown-cap to capture natural effervescence. Bright & juicy, full of life, uncomplicated, and marked by soft tannins, fresh bubbles and brambly fruit.
