Full body cardinal red, clear and bright. On the nose: clean aromas with young red fruits. On the palate: off-dry, medium acidity, fresh red fruits and very easy to drink. Measured astringency. The base wine used to make this dealcoholized wine was 100% Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero DO and Cigales DO. It comes from vineyards specifically grown and used for dealcoholized wines and had a medium maceration. Made with Tempranillo grapes without aging. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After maceration, the ethyl alcohol is extracted using a sophisticated and highly respectful, chemical-free method
