Job Title: Warehouse & Stock Associate
This position is for a stock associate/team member who will perform stock associate job duties and provide assistance to warehouse team leads, with potential to grow within the company.
Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and night shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following but not limited to):

Check in and unload trucks as needed

Put away inventory in a timely manner
-
Ensure sales floor is properly stocked according to company standards; stock shelves in a timely and efficient manner

Oversee hourly stock personnel and ensure that tasks are completed properly and efficiently in a timely manner

Provide customer service when on sales floor as needed
-
Keep all receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas clean and organized
-
Ensure all opening and closing warehouse procedures are completed properly
-
Contribute to team effort and establish working relationship with others
-
Assist warehouse team leads as needed
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse by following company standards
-
Follow established procedures and policies as outlined by management
-
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:

Energetic and self-motivated

Organized

Maintain a neat and clean appearance

Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
-
Able to or a willingness to learn how to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, WAV, pallet jack, etc.) Forklift certification preferred.

Maintain high level of productivity working both independently and with a team

Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
-
Be flexible and do what is needed to accomplish the goals of the company. Know that sometimes priorities will change within a given day or week.

Able to follow company policies and safety procedures

Possess effective and positive communication skills

Heavy lifting required

Flexible availability with ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
