Lovely unoaked Chardonnay from Patrick Piuze’s second winery. The crisp palate displays notes of Honeycrisp apple skin, ripe pear, white peach, saline, and chalk. Native yeast fermented, aged in stainless steel, and sustainably farmed.
Pairings: Baked brie with honey and walnuts, spatchcock chicken, lake trout

"Made by the same producer of some of the best hand crafted Chablis (Poor man's Chablis!). It is a lovely unoaked Chardonnay full of apple and pear notes. Sustainably farmed and just fermented grapes. No BS!"
