Pinot Meunier (Little Miller), a close sibling of Pinot Noir, gets its name from the white appearance of the leaves which look as though they have been dusted by the miller’s flour. Perfectly adapted to the cool growing conditions of the Willamette Valley, these delicate, thin skin grapes were hand-harvested and fermented 100% whole cluster. The slow fermentation with natural yeast created a wine gushing with purple candied fruits, sweet lavenderl, sage, and rose water. This fresh, lively wine will is deliciously drinkable in its youth and for years to come. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
