Pinotage is made from grapes yielded by a single bush-vine vineyard, which grows in the Paardeberg region in granitic soils. The vineyard was planted in 1973 and has been dryland farmed. The aim with this wine is to produce a lighter, fresher style Pinotage than the more traditional styles that are the norm for this varietal.

A lighter, fresher style Pinotage from South Africa. Made by a female winemaker who was inspired to dream bigger by one of my fave poets! Not only is this wine delish, the story is meaningful to me.
