A combination of late harvest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc from the foggy town of Coombsville, east of Napa, Dolce is Napa's ultimate Sauternes-style dessert wine, with its earthy, botrytis underpinning and joyful acidity. Wonderfully food-friendly, this will pair well with foie gras, poached figs, cheeses, chocolate or creme brulee. Or cellar and watch the wine evolve.
