Steve & Jill Matthiasson’s second label where they experiment with a variety of unusual and non-indigenous grapes. This is a unique blend that results in an extremely refreshing rosé with red berry fruit, watermelon and a lovely almost salty finish.
Taste: High acid, low tannin, fruity, floral, blackberry, violet, oak, smoke, toast, vanilla, golden raisin, peach, pear, and spice
Nose: red fruit, currant, blackberry, thyme , clove , cinnamon , black pepper , mint, citrus fruit, ripe fruit, herb and floral
