Bieler Pere et Fils Rose is soft cranberry-red in color with a gorgeous nose of raspberry, bing cherry, wild strawberry and spicy minerality. It is beautifully crisp and flavorful on the palate with medium body and notes of red berries, bing cherries, spice and no oak. The finish is long and refreshing. This rich, deeply colored rose from 5 hillside vineyards of Coteaux d'Aix en Provence is Syrah-driven (55%) blended with 25% Grenache, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cinsault. This is a great wine to usher in the spring, combining the rich flavors of a red wine with the refreshing qualities of a white. It's a true wine gem!

Great wine for the Summer! Light and refreshing! Flavors of strawberries, cherries and spice. Pairs well with most foods. Must try with ham or roasted chicken.
