A rich ruby-red tint prepares us for the delicious taste to come. The nose is as rich as the red color suggests, presenting aromas of red berry fruits, boiled sweets, dark chocolate and hints of stewed plums. In the mouth Penderyn Port Wood Finish is delightfully sweet yet dry at the same time. Boiled sweets give way to dark chocolate in the mid palate. The finish is long, leaving mixed fruits, dark chocolate and vanilla.
