Severino Orzo
All pasta is made by the Severino Family of Westmont, NJ, who started making home-made semolina pastas in a small kitchen in 1971 from the freshest ingredients.
Orzo is a form of short-cut pasta, shaped like a large grain of rice. Orzo is typically used in soups in Italian cuisine, but you can use it in any number of pasta dishes, soups, gran bowls and other places where a petite toothsome pasta can come in handy
