The grapes are farmed organically and hand-harvested before being fermented and aged in stainless steel. The Serea bursts with notes of white flowers, citrus zest, grapefruit, nectarine, and sea breeze. Coupled with that are richer notes of mirabelle plum, apricots, and a textured, long finish.
