A legendary wine made with the Tibouren grape - estate grown at one of only 18 Crus Classés of Côtes de Provence.
Aged for 12 months under fleurette in 100-year-old foudres. Flavors of wild strawberries, mandarin, rhubarb and herbs. While incredible now, aging intensifies salty, creamy and nutty flavors.
