A classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the best terroirs of the Loire Valley. Vineyard of 45 years old vines on limestone soil. Bright yellow color with aromatic nose of fresh fruits, spicy/grassy notes, citrus. Lively, crisp and dry palate, light and fresh with citrus finish. Despite its strength, it remains delicate, with a zesty, appetizingly saline finish.
This Sancerre is a fine match for noble shellfish such as gambas, crayfish, lobster..., foie gras, but it's also an excellent sushi wine.
