Picked early and whole cluster pressed to stainless steel for fermentation to preserve bright acidity and freshness. Rested in neutral barrique for 6 months. Pure stone and earth, elegant pink coral hue with a perfumed nose of white nectarine, strawberry, tarragon and chamomile. 12.8% Alc
