If you wish to include gratuity, please add it to your order when you check out online.

    DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

No. Orders need to be placed by 5pm the day before the specified delivery date. For example: if you want your delivery Wednesday between 12pm-4pm, the order needs to be placed on Tuesday by 5pm. We currently offer Delivery on Wednesdays and Fridays.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?

In order to ensure the health and safety of our drivers and customers, all deliveries for the foreseeable future will be no-contact deliveries. Our driver will call you when they’re 10-20 minutes away. Please let them know where you would like them to leave your delivery at that time.

If you do not answer, we will try calling you a second time. If you don’t answer either call, the order will become an in-store pickup. If the order is not retrieved or is canceled, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.

CAN I ORDER PREPARED FOOD FOR TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY?

The Market kitchen is open for takeout only, and delivery is not available. The Market is open daily from 11-7pm. View the menu and place your order here.

You can also order pre-packaged goods, groceries, and cheeses here. These goods are eligible for Local Delivery.

    DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE?

Yes, select items in our store are available for 3rd party shipping. Shipping times will likely be affected as carriers experience increased shipping volume.

    WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship within New Jersey.

    WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

We ship solely via FEDEX and offer a $15 Flat Rate per box for FedEx Ground. Each box holds up to 50 LBs (1-12 bottles of wine). We recommend ordering wine 12 bottles at a time to get the best shipping rate per bottle.

    HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

If you would like your wine shipped to you we will contract with a third-party carrier on your behalf to ship; by requesting delivery of your order you authorize us to do so. We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine by the carrier and you are responsible for all insurance as well as shipping costs in accordance with our shipping policies. We make no representations as to your legal rights to ship or import wine from the state reside or into any other state; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, obtaining all necessary licenses or permits, and paying all tax or other amounts due.

There must be an adult of at least 21 years to sign for any delivery since the shipment contains alcohol. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. At this point, you can contact FedEx to make alternative shipping arrangements after the first attempt is made. Should delivery fail on all three attempts, the package will return to the sender, and we must recharge shipping in order for the package(s) to be re-sent. We will not refund shipping charges for orders where all efforts were made to delivery each package. Not all FedEx facilities will hold alcohol-related packages, so scheduling a pick-up at your local facility is at your own risk.

FedEx ships Tuesday to Saturday so if you need Saturday delivery, please plan accordingly.  There is no extra charge for Saturday delivery. FedEx picks up at 3pm, so all orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped out until the following day.

Title passes to the buyer in the state of New Jersey at the time the transaction closes. We are happy to set up shipment as a service to our customers, but that subsequent shipment is at the buyer's discretion and risk.

*We only ship certain products--mostly wine, whiskey, and other select spirits. If a product is marked with, "This product is only available for Local Delivery and In-store Pickup", it is not eligible for Shipping.

    Shipping and Weather Concerns

We will postpone shipments if extreme heat or cold is expected during the wine’s transportation. Final decisions about releasing shipments will be made on a case by case basis, but generally, we will not send packages if the temperature is above 80F or below freezing. Our storage facilities are temperature-controlled and we are happy to hold your wine free of charge until the weather is more appropriate for shipping. As previously stated, the wine is yours as soon as you are charged and the final decision on weather-related postponements is yours. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping charge, but it does not cover temperature-related damage.
