This wine expresses its typicality in its smoky aromas. The limestone clay soil on kimmeridgian marl, from our vines, give it a framework, a length in the mouth very special. A family estate that is the fruit of a long tradition of winegrowers , dating back to 1685. On 12 hectares of vines , 11 are devoted to the production of Pouilly-Fume, and one hectare to the production of Pouilly sur Loire.
Decidedly old-school Pouilly Fume from the great vintage. Here, the focus is definitely on stones and minerals, and less on fruit. This Sauvignon Blanc is a far cry from what they make in New Zealand!
