Rich Red Wines
100% Tempranillo from vines which average 50 years of age. The fruit is 100% destemmed; the wine is aged a minimum of 6 months in old French or American oak casks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered and without cold stabilization. Germán calls this— his flagship wine— a “vino de pueblo”, which he translates as “a wine for every day and for everyone.”
Robust and juicy. Very pure and bright black berries and spice, a big wine with chunky tannins.
