This lovely blend of Pinot Noir (75%) and Syrah (25%) from fantastic boutique winery Monument Wine Co is pure and delicate, bright and aromatic and with lovely spice on the finish - everything you could ask for from an honest natural wine!
The wine is unfined and unfiltered, with no manipulations beyond total sulfur addition of 22pm. rodriguez is farmed organically and was planted in 2000.
