Dry Roses
Cold soaked for 36 hours on skins and basket pressed directly to neutral French oak barrels. Fermented with native yeast, no malolactic fermentation.
Aromas show bright red fruit, raspberry, watermelon and red cherries with hints of spice. The palate opens round and supple but is juicy and concentrated through the mid-palate with great texture. Dry and savory finish. Extra smash-able.
Minimal sulfites added
