Cellar: 100% destemmed berries went into two open top stainless-steel tanks. Grapes were pumped over two times per day throughout fermentation. After 14 days of skin contact, grapes were pressed. The wine aged in stainless steel for 4 months prior to bottling unfined.
Style: Light-bodied, high acid GLOU GLOU wine

Vineyard: Chardonnay from Mason Family Vineyard in Redwood Valley, Mendocino County and Pinot Noir from Quan Vineyard in Carneros, Sonoma County.

Co-fermented Pinot Noir/ Chardonnay blend, a juicy bomb or cran and pomegranate that compliments the light oak finish perfectly. Drink chilled and with friends, a 1 liter bottle!
