An expressive and aromatic Pet Nat made from the local Cayuga hybrid grape. Unfined, unfiltered and bottles without added sulfur. Barry Family Cellars was founded in 2011 by father and son, Ken and Ian Barry. Located on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region.
This pét-nat is produced in the Finger Lakes of New York. I love to describe this wine as a Kombucha with a kick!
Their wines are made with minimal manipulation often unfined and unfiltered and always Vegan.
