Naboso Opera Rose Traditional Method

Opera is a traditionally produced sparkling wine, the already fermented still wine is bottled unfiltered at Naboso and undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Riesling in a wonderfully animating rosé dress, the latter is probably responsible for the flowery nose. Structured with the finest perlage, the Opera Rosé 2023 makes a great aperitif or with fish and seafood. But also on the couch on cold winter days, cheers! Like all natural wines from Naboso, it is bottled unfiltered and with minimal use of sulphur.
